Then evaluate their effectiveness for your particular organization and industry and produce an assessment with recommendations for improving your workflow. This assessment can serve as a road map for your team to use in making workflow modifications. My analysis focuses on three main areas:


The receipt and management of information within your organization.


The sharing of information among your team members and with your clients.

Tech Integration

Use of the appropriate technology to manage workflow and communicate among your team and with clients.

What is Business Process Management?

Business process management (BPM) is a systematic approach to making an organization’s workflow more effective, more efficient and more capable of adapting to an ever-changing environment. A business process is an activity or set of activities that will accomplish a specific organizational goal.

What is Workflow?

Workflow is the definition, execution and automation of business processes where tasks, information or documents are passed from one participant to another for action, according to a set of procedural rules. Organizations use workflows to coordinate tasks between people and synchronize data between systems, with the ultimate goal of improving organizational efficiency, responsiveness and profitability.
